My name is Alastair Hannmann, member of the World Pizza Champions and founder of Pizza Buddha Consulting — an international pizza consulting firm. With 20 years experience in both owning & operating pizzerias, back-end documentation, process flow & lean manufacturing and a BSBA in Entrepreneurial Studies/Finance, I found myself in a position where I could offer help to the people in pizza!
Having received certifications from the Artisan Baking Center and Scuola Italiana Pizzaioli in addition to countless hours of R&D in a variety of settings, dough science among one of my biggest passions.
In my travels I am constantly looking out for the latest in pizza equipment, automation, and every day pizzeria tools so that I can offer up-to-date solutions!
My test kitchen is located on the beautiful island of Kauai, HI. If I’m not on the road at your shop, you’ll find me there working to bring out the best in my clients.
